Low strength and power, poor balance, poor gait and functional ability, and fear of falling are all risk factors for falls that can be modified with exercise tailored by our FPA Team.
Exercise interventions may be composed of different types activities targeted at strength, balance, walking or endurance. It may also enable older people to perform daily activities without falling or fear of falling.
