Making housework a real workout!

FPA coach, Kavitha will demonstrate some of the fitness movements you can incorporate into your house-work to be it as effective as an actual workout session.

Movements to be introduced:

1.Adding lunge when you are vacuuming or mopping the floor
2.Adding leg lifts when you are wiping the tables
3.Doing towel squats during commercial breaks
4.Adding mountain climber while cleaning the floor
5.Squat to pick things up
